It’s been said, “A good start is crucial, but it’s the end that matters.” We see that principle in several Old Testament characters that may have had good starts, but bad finishes. Jim’s sermon series entitled “Kingdom to Come” based on the book of I Samuel will include “God Looks at the Heart” (I Samuel 16:1-13) on June 28th . On July 5th the message will be “A Declaration of Dependence” from Jeremiah 17:5-8 before returning to the sermon series on July 19th with “A Giant Problem” (I Samuel 17:1-58).
