Praise Celebration

Some might say, “That doesn’t sound like the Jesus I was taught about in Sunday School!”- and they’d be right! To gain a better understanding of our Savior, Jim will be preaching on “A Jesus I Didn’t Expect”. This series will include “Black Sheep” (Matthew 13:54-57; Mark 3:20,21) today, “A Shady Family Tree” (Matthew 1:3,5,6,10) on September 21st and “Accused of Being an Overeating, Drunken Sinner” (Luke 7:31-39) on September 28th.
Also, Representatives from Morgan’s Place, a ministry established to assist families through the grieving process when experiencing the loss of a baby, will be at EMCC today. Information will be shared during Bible School and in the Praise Celebration.
